Of course that is up to you but here are some ideas to consider:

                                               BY THE MILE
5 cents per mile = $50 - This is the "Here's a solid kick in the butt!" option.
10 cents per mile = $100 - This is the "I wish my butt was on the bike!" option.
25 cents per mile = $250 - This is the "Get your butt on that bike and ride!" option.
50 cents per mile = $500 - This is the "I don't want to hear any whining about your sore butt!" option.
1 dollar per mile - $1000 - This is the "I'll drag your butt across the finish line kicking and screaming if I have to!" option.
